Before long, demand exceeded what they could handle alone, prompting them to hire their first team member.
Caring Care Support experienced extraordinary growth, propelled by Brenton and Rebecca’s proactive and future-focused leadership. Drawing from their experiences working in other organizations, they addressed challenges head-on, implementing sustainable systems and planning for long-term success while maintaining the personal touch that earned them their reputation.
As the “new kids on the block,” Caring Care achieved remarkable milestones in its early years, doubling in size annually for the first three years. By the fourth year, growth had surged to an astounding 150–200%.
Today, Caring Care has evolved into a thriving organization with a 50-person team serving an expansive 230-kilometer area. Beyond providing exceptional support services, the company is now investing in innovative solutions to tackle pressing community and industry challenges.

Brenton and Rebecca’s journey began when they married in 2014, united by a shared dream of building successful businesses. While their early years were marked by ambition, they had yet to fully realize their potential. Over time, they pursued several ventures, learning and growing with each experience. It wasn’t until the COVID-19 pandemic that their vision truly came to life.
In the midst of global lockdowns, they founded Caring Care Support, a business that thrived under their leadership during one of the most challenging periods in recent history. Through resilience and determination, they grew the company into a medium-sized organization that is now poised to become a leader in its industry.
Brenton and Rebecca’s partnership is the cornerstone of their success.
